By accessing and using 3DBAi ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

3DBAi is an AI-powered architectural visualization platform that transforms SketchUp viewports and reference images into photorealistic renders. The Service is provided on a credit-based system.

3. Account & Credits

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
• Unused credits do not expire unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and packages at any time.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the AI models.
• Share, resell, or redistribute your account access.
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Overload or disrupt the Service infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images you upload. AI-generated renders are licensed to you for personal and commercial use. However, the underlying AI models and Service technology remain the property of NDWORK.CO.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Output quality may vary based on input quality, settings, and AI model behavior.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, remaining credits will be forfeited.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Submitting Your Work for Marketing Use

By pressing the "ส่งให้อาจารย์แน๊กพิจารณา" (Send to Ajarn Nack for review) button in the Studio, you voluntarily offer your own work for us to consider using in our marketing and promotional materials, to showcase what is possible and to inspire the 3DBN community. We fully respect the rights of every work's owner and will never use a work without your permission in advance.

• You keep 100% of the copyright — we only ask for the right to use the work in marketing and promotion as mutually agreed.
• A clear scope before any use — the channels, format and duration of any advertising use are always agreed with you first.
• Credits in return — every work selected for use earns you credits in your account; the amount is decided by Ajarn Nack based on the work.
• You can withdraw at any time — tell us you no longer wish your work to be used, and we will take the material down right away.
• Easy to discuss, no obligation — all discussions and terms are arranged voluntarily through LINE.

You confirm that you own, or have the lawful right to, any work you submit for review.
